Description
These delicious baby white onions are produced by Master French mustard maker, Edmond Fallot. Made to an ancient, family recipe these small white onions are first contained in their own candied brine. Then they are rinsed with water to be desalinated before finally being preserved in vinegar. These onions are just delicious when eaten as a snack straight from the jar, and will be a feature on any cheese or charcuterie platter or in a salad. We love Edmond Fallot products which are produced in Beaune, France – near Dijon. The family-owned company was started in 1840 and is now in the hands of Edmond Fallot’s grandson, Marc Désarménien.
