THE VILLAGE BUTCHERY – SERVICE WITH A STORY
When we saw 32 Clovelly Road up for sale in 2018, we knew it could be the start of something great. The building had been a butchery institution for over 80 years, serving the local community. We had a vision of rebuilding a good, old- fashioned village butchery like the ones of yesteryear. A place where butchers knew both their customers names and the farmers that sold them their meat.
We recognise that our customers are more aware of what they’re consuming and interested to know where their food comes from. They want to speak to a friendly face and understand the origin of the meat they consume.
At the Village Butchery, we provide that story. We offer more than just the meat for your BBQ, dinner or party. We help you understand the importance of where your product comes from and the process involved in bringing the finest meat in Sydney to your home.
