Description
There’s something special about French cornichons, or baby gherkins. We truly love them! Having spent her formative years in France, Céline remembers them from her childhood as never sweet, always crunchy and always delicate or small. Edmond Fallot cornichons are exactly as she remembers them and are preserved in a vinegar that is full of mustard seeds, herbs, and tiny white onions.
Edmond Fallot cornichons are the perfect accompaniment to pâté and foie gras and delicious when served on a platter with cold meats, cheese or in a salad. For some, they are just delicious on their own straight from the jar, or served whole on good quality bread with good quality butter.
Try them, you’ll love them too!
