This sweet and smoky glaze is perfect for BBQ steaks. It’s super quick to mix, and everyone will love the flavours. Don’t forget to rest your steak before serving, and it’s worth the wait for the juiciest steak ever!

METHOD

1

To make the glaze. Mix together the Wattie’s Smoked Hickory Flavoured BBQ Sauce, ginger, garlic, wholegrain mustard, brown sugar and oil.
2
