Heat oven to 180 degrees. Place chicken (skin side up) with the marinade in a roasting dish. Bake for 45-50 mins until cooked through, basting every 10-15 mins and turning the chicken halfway through.
To BBQ: Pour marinade into a saucepan and cook until reduced to a thick, saucy consistency. Cook the chicken on a hot BBQ until juices run clear. Serve immediately, drizzling the reduced marinade sauce over the cooked chicken.
